Kaneda model power bike!
Ok yes, I'm a big geek and I was in Japan for the opening of Akira way back in '88 so this has a special place in my heart, but even if it didn't, this motorcycle is damn cool. For the Japanese impaired, it breaks down like this: Twin-steering system and 249-998cc water-cooled 4-cycle engine, onboard DVD navigation system and full LED readouts (tach, spedometer, etc...) No price yet, but hey I figure the line won't be as long as the one for the Tokyo Apple store was =)

Definitely want one of those. Including the cool red jacket.

If you like those kind of wheels, check out the G-Strider, which Suzuki bill as a scooter (not a vibrator, despite the name&ellips;) ot the Honada Griffon. The G-Force looks pretty sweet, although I'm more of a naked bike kind of guy - bring me the B-King! (Of course with a 240 rear tyre, it wouldn't corner especially easily...)

Production bike most resembling a sci-fi prop: The Cagiva V-Raptors.

Neat. Gotta get one of those (wearing my "Looking for a japanese girlfiend" T-Shirt, of course...), find someone with that TRON-like Dodge Tomahawk and we'll have quite a ride! Who you callling a sci-fi geek, punk?

Personally, I'm holding out for a Veritech fighter

You might not have to wait as you think, schadenfreude.

This is just a prototype, but this Hovercraft Motorcycle has great potential.

You know, honestly, I think I'd take any of the above. But still, I want Keneda's bike so hard I could freak.

KANEEEEEEEEEDAAAAAAAAAAA!
