The future of jello shots
  • My jello Americans, four quarts and seven beers ago our fathers brought forth on this liquor cabinet a new notion, conceived in the library, and dedicated to the proposition that all drinks are created equal. Now we are engaged in a great civil bar, testing whether that notion, or any notion so fermented and so distilled, can long endure. We - *hic!* - are met on a great bottle-field of that bar. We have come to dedicate a portion of that field, as a final resting place for those who here gave their livers that that notion might live. It is altogether shpitting and proper that we should do thish. But, in a lager shense, we can not deshecrate - we can not concentrate - we can not shwallow - this round *hic!*. Cos, the brave men! Lying and dead drunk, who shtruggled here, have consecrated it, far, ah, wait a *hic!* - shecond - oh yeah - far above our poor power to add or detract shome more vodka. And I really, I really love you guysh you know? *hic!*
  • I thought they were called jello shots because they make you unable to pronounce "hello" properly.
  • The Mesozoic ones (with the edible bugs inside) are amusing and confusing. Amber doesn't really have a crystal structure, but it's a cute effect. Only, by the look of them, they couldn't have been made with a simple one-piece mold. Too many undercuts. Either the mold had to be disassembled before pulling out the encapsulated bugs, or they were cut that way afterwards... But for the fussy, instead of bugs, how about fossilized Swedish Fish TM ? *A great gift idea*
  • Hail to the chef! *hic*
  • I'd always been intrigued by the idea of jello shots, but had never had them until recently. They are absolutely disgusting. Pour mine decently in a glass, please.
  • "They are absolutely disgusting." Were they made with unsugared gelatin?
  • I think made of puke and sewer scum.
  • Suppose we add a bit of sewage then?
  • Suppose we add a bit of sewage then?
  • No, I mean sausage? Tiny apple sausages.
  • Can we have waffles, too? With bits of walnut? I like them with bits of walnut.
