Man born without arms and legs writes an inspirational book. He can walk, swim, eat, and give speeches without limbs, and still has an amazing attitude.
  • Fascinating. People who are born with various different conditions or problems seem to not be held back too much by whatever is different about them. I am sure it would be a nightmare for me if I lost my arms and legs because I would have some other experience to compare it to. I would guess that part of the reason that he does so well is because he didn't have any other experience to compare it to.
  • Also, he has had his entire life to learn how to effectively use what he has and deal with his situation, something that somebody who had this happen suddenly would not have. Still, kudos to him for his amazing adaptation. Few people with that condition are as successful as he is.
  • Thanks, Laybug2010. This man is really great in his own way. Locally, I've seen a dwarf shooting billiards with arms that ended at the elbow. He had flaps there. Shot well too. But when he produced, lit and smoked a cigarette by himself, that's when the pride and nobility really showed, in spite of handicaps or even health warnings...
