Sexy tattooed librarians . That is all. stolen from the Blue--thanks, crash
  • I love that nerds think have this whole librarian fetish, yet are often very vocal about the objectification of women. "I hate all the phoniness and bimbofication of women in society. It is degrading to women. What I do like is when librarians look like whores. That's hot." Apparently the fact that the women are also librarians excludes them from being able to be degraded. Note: this comment refers only to the librarian part of the equation, not the tattoos. I don't even want to get started on tattoos.
  • This whole subject/object thing might be a linguistic foible. About that, Moonhawk has said, "We get a clear visual image, but we pay a price. In Blackfoot language, the emphasis is on the physical feeling. It's a kinesthetic language, mostly verbs. So, in Blackfoot, to convey the same meaning, what's said is something like this: The way your body talks to you as you feel the movement of the horse beneath you -- that's the verb." Said in this way, these librarians present the feeling of charity and tattooing together. Objectification is possibly only in the minds enmeshed by our sad culture.
  • I love that nerds think have this whole librarian fetish, yet are often very vocal about the objectification of women. In polite conversation, sure, but I have a feeling that's to make them feel better about all the free porn they've downloaded.
  • The porn is what makes me feel better about all the porn I have downloaded.
  • As I pointed out on the Blue, these are all Texas librarians, so no jessamyn. (I don't think they recognize the librarians in Vermont). But surprisingly, nobody from the George W. Bush Presidential Library (whose tattoos are probably misspelled). I got over my Librarian Fetish two years ago when Craig Ferguson was the first to declare that Sarah Palin had a "naughty librarian" look.
  • sarah palin is too stupid looking to proper convey the naughty librarian look. now me, on the other hand...
  • I mentioned this to the only lady librarian I know and instead of revealing a surprise tattoo she just remarked that the "Men of the Texas Library Association" calendar was far more risqué.
  • Men of the Texas Library Association!!! :O I love ... the objectification of women. "I hate all the phoniness and bimbofication of women in society. It is degrading to women. everybody. What I do like is when librarians look like [male] whores. That's hot." There, werks both ways.
  • Men deserve objectification more than women, since their sexual function is pretty much one-dimensional anyway.
  • Verbification is always better than objectification. An object just sort of SITS there, while the verb... well, puts more into it.
