I'm not much of a Buffy expert, but isn't the plot in this Twilight thing just a rehashing of the Buffy-Angel(?) relationship?

I quite enjoyed the original Buffy movie, though, if only for Donald Sutherland's performance. All through the movie, he's completely outclassing everyone else's acting, but at the same time giving this wink and nod to the audience as if to say "what am I doing in this stinker?" Fascinating performance. You want to see acting, you watch that.

I absolutely love the concept of "so bad that it's good" and actively seek out such movies. Pineapple Express was the most recent I've seen that would class as SBTIG. The best (or worst) I've seen is Johnny Suede, the old Brad Pitt flick.
