Sometimes when I come home my cats are sitting very close together. Then they see me, and one or the other quickly runs off. I suspect they were plotting something. This happens with squirrels too. I once came around the corner and found like 30 squirrels in a small group. They saw me, and immediately scattered. I don't know what they are planning, but when it comes I'm sure it will be big.

What's this business about cats not being good at smothering people?
-
Apparently, there is a 67% chance my imaginary cat is plotting to kill me.
-
Oh, that's not an imaginary cat. Once Mr. Whiskers is done with my bloody corpse, he's planning on heading north.
-
Apparently my cat is plotting to find me a date.
-
AGGGGGGHHHHH!! Do NOT click to enlarge the picture of Mr. Whiskers. The evil in his eyes has me shaking so hard I can hardly tpye!
-
What about dogs, what's up with them?

When mr. goofyfoot and I walk down the dark street to our local market, we often see cats darting away toward and away from us. It sure looks like a confab. We call the street Kittygeddon. We feel fairly safe, but we plan to foster bassets soon, and we fear the hound may arouse kitty animus.

Yes. So what else is new?

I foiled an ambush last night. I feel empowered by this new knowledge.
