Missing: Mister Rogers' shoe.
One of Mister Rogers' sneakers was stolen from the Louisiana Children's Museum on Saturday, but has now been returned. The theft was committed by a student of Tulane Law School, whose Vice-Dean sent out a nasty note, which didn't remind people not to steal stuff, let alone the stuff of Mister Rogers, but to not post bad publicity to the internettes. So, you know, pass it along.
-
If Fred Rogers were alive today, he would give them all a good tongue lacing!
-
I've heard of stealing the pennies off a dead man's eyes, but shoes is another matter!
-
I am just really happy to see so much content on the front page. I love yous guys.
-
*feels warm and fuzzy, but that could just be kit's FPP next door*
-
I learned how to tie my shoes from watching Mister Rogers.
-
Return the shoe "no questions asked" = you're getting expelled.
-
Guess the shoe didn't fit.
-
I'm all for preventing theft, and for coming down on people having misplaced priorities, but really, I think everyone involved has misplaced priorities when a shoe is put in a museum.
-
Priorities isn't the right word, but I can't think of a better one.
