It's good to know this kind of stuff in a tight situation when you're trying to remember all the things you learned about CPR, but seldom, if ever, had a chance to practice. Rather unfortunate, but the other one with near perfect rhythm is this one. Guess which one would come to my twisted mind? Thanks to Cool Papa Bell for putting THAT into my head. Traaaaac! Poly stole this from the Blue and didn't tell anyone. Make him go sit in a corner.

Soooo... they could have saved Andy?

did not! Stole it from boingboing. Haven't been to the blue in *checks history* *checks calendar* uh, this year

Read about this yesterday. Have had the song running through my head since then.

I haven't gone to MeFi more than 4 times ever, and I saw this story. I think at Neatorama.

Ohhhh, Kayyy. Looks like all the tubes are working on the intarweb, then.

This seems wrong to me. The rhythm of "Stayin' Alive" is actually a little too fast; when doing CPR, you have to allow a little time between compressions for the heart to refill with blood. I think it's closer to 1 compression per second. I took the course recently so EVERYONE LISTEN TO ME.
