I just got word that someone I know who was stationed at Dugway just passed. Since he was involved somewhat in the second event, and always swore that his health problems came about because of it, I'm posting this in his memory. I wasn't terribly close to him, but it pisses me off how unresponsive and irresponsible our military is/was. Thus, the post.
