Iran Missiles Photoshopped?
Headline making photo of Iranian missile test appears to have been "retouched".
u can tell by teh pixelz
-
So now that we know they can only launch 3 missiles at a time, we safe, right? Right?! (They probably just wanted to get rid of that ugly white truck in the foreground... y'know swap it out with a Prius or something more economical.)
-
Well, chalk one up for the internet this time in spotting the fraud.
-
-
I'm slightly in love with that (photoshopped) image. Has anyone seen a hi-res version? I must have...
-
NOT the SMT version, I hasten to add...
-
Yeah, and I love your work too!
-
I think the chop is legitimized on the grounds of improved composition. Now it's got that whole Rocket Robin Hood thing going on. Much better.
-
Maybe Donnie finally snapped and went to the other side.
-
Hello World Press. Anybody home? I am so glad we have the expertise of the press to evaluate information and present us with the real news. You know, instead of some guy on the intarwebs paying attention.
-
'Defective intelligence' on one side, lame photochoppery on the other... It would be hilarious if only lives hadn't been lost to this kind of mindfucks. And if so many more weren't in danger of being lost, in whatever new battle fronts are opened.
-
Can we be quite sure the image wasn't *gimped* instead of photoshopped?
-
Do you people realize what this means? If the Iranians have Photoshop technology, within three months they could be clone-stamping long range nuclear missiles!
-
Nobody wants the smoking gun to be a pixelated mushroom cloud on a background with weird light source inconsistencies.
-
So when they say they're gonna wipe Israel off the map, they mean they're just gonna use the eraser tool?
-
Uh huh ‘shop it tonight Tonight make it right Pixilate tonight Tonight Tonight Oh make it magnificent The light's So right Your plume is beautiful Oh tonight Photoshoppic Tonight blend it magnificent Tonight ‘Shop it tonight Your clouds are beautiful Oh tonight Photoshoppic Photoshoppic Oh...
-
I've seen quite a few shops in my time.
-
I can't believe that this was done just to cover up a single missile that didn't launch.
-
Instead of a real war, I would prefer a photoshopped war. What fun! It could be a steampunk, Gigantor, Rocket Robin Hood, Thunderbirds and Ultraman thing.
-
Probably the original picture was of two US missiles being fired in Nevada.
-
'Ah, yes, those damned Albanians'.
-
Mr. Whiskers can be the new Scud Stud.
-
Will someone do some jihadist themed LOLcats already? SMT is off to a good start, but I want CATS, people!
-
That Jim Belushi - he's an Albanian, eh?
-
Wait until they discover LOLcats.
-
I'd be dubious about missiles 1 and 4 as well. Look very similar but with a 10° rotation and some scaling.

Yay, Hanz! (That's not photoshopped, right?)
-
Of course not! They didn't have Photoshop back then!
-
Did they have big red boxes with plungers marked "TNT"? I like the guy with dynamite in his teeth. Makes me think of Quid.
-
Did they have big red boxes with plungers marked "TNT"? I know from cartoons that those have existed in all periods of history and been readily accessible to all animal life on this planet.
-
In my imagination you keep these people chained in your basement and only feed them if they agree to put on costumes and let you photograph them to make Hans Holbein photoshops. Which I find oddly arousing.
-
I am shocked and offended at the sly insinuation that that might not be the real Hans Holbein. Now I'm off to the basement.
-
Ooh wait for me! *Dons jester costume*
