Toeing the line of the truly creepy. That gasmask kid made the hair on my arms stand on end.

Without a gallery or an agent or an audience of any sort, I drove my family into poverty time and time again as I self-financed this costly work. My images are not photoshop collages, but meticulously lit performances caught on camera. I build sets, and use costumes, elaborate props, special effects make-up, and fog machines to bring my ideas to life. I am only restrained by budget. Cool. I definitely respect that. Also, the young girls found in several of the images are either of his daughters... Interesting work. Doesn't really creep me out, but I like the dreamy lucid quality of the images.

I think it's a good thing for kids to be scared sometimes. Nothing annoys me more than a parent placating a child throughout a scary movie with constant reassurances of, "it's not real, it's only a movie, it's not real." Where are kids supposed to learn about being scared, if it's not from art and fiction?
