And you thought YOUR landlord sucked... Don't rent from Kip and Nicole Macy.

  • Ok, that's a little over the top. My parents and grandparents owned rental property. I could tell horror stories about trying to get tenants out (and what tenants can do to property on the way out), but they never cut the support beams.
  • Kudos to the tenant for hanging in there.
  • Is there no limit to people's disregard for one another when money and greed are operative? I hope these assholes get their comeuppance.
  • This is San Francisco. Masochists have to live somewhere. I could see Kip and Nikky providing a verrry lucrative service.
