The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain
in their rendition of Wuthering Heights (yootoob)
also The Good, The Bad and The Ugly, Teenage Kicks and more.
-
I think it was the sheep bleating that finally did for me.
-
Also, "All right, my lover" at the start the Good, the Bad...
-
Utterly mad and wonderful! Ta, mothninja.

I was a little disappointed by their rendition of "Smells Like Teen Spirit." They have a full-size acoustic guitar doing a lot of the heavy lifting. What's the good of being a Ukulele Orchestra if you're going to give a guitar all the good stuff?
-
ahhh. I do really appreciate their whole thing, it's clever and funny and fun, but I'm a big Kate Bush fan and just couldn't listen to the whole WH rendition :P
-
I have seen the UOOGB live and they're brilliant - and jacobw - that ain't no guitar - it's a bass yuke (or so I'm told)
-
Outmazing. Also I have to throw in a link to my personal favorite. I've watched it a good dozen times now and it's still mesmerizing. One of the most amazing musical performances I've encountered.
