The Young Man's Book of Amusement.

The "All 384 pages" download link at the bottom doesn't appear to go to a page where you can download the full book, and damned if I can find it anywhere through Teh Goog (though, if I may say so, WANT), so I will also give you The Ernest Glitch Chronicles from that same site.

  • Cool find! I've passed the link along to a few science teachers I know. I think they'll get a kick out of it. From the book: Method of Receiving the Electrical Shock from a Cat. When I was in high school, I had a cat who gave off particularly large electric shocks. I remember one night I could actually see wintergreen-Life-Saver-type sparks when I petted her.
  • Is this the same book that shows you how to cook a human leg inside a smoker?
  • I thought it was going to be a link to Playboy.
  • That looks so much better than The Dangerous Book for Boys. I look forward to seeing the distaff version, The Young Girl's Book of Boring Household Tasks
  • Well, I know what I'll be doing this weekend.
  • OK, I just tried that electric cat thing on Mr. Whiskers's sister, and nothing happened.
  • Junior, go amuse yourself running current through your dead Uncle Albert, there's a good boy.
