Scroll down for long downloadable version.
Totally worth it.

That was fabulous. I will be haunted by moonwalking Lego zombies all evening. According to Stern, this took 104 days to shoot. I can believe it. The creators are a pair of German high school students, brother and sister, looking very German but much older than their years in this photograph.

OT Violaceous Jane Loves Lego?

that was great...! i love stop animation (or whatever they call it)... it seems a great way for kids to enter the world of animation and filmmaking. i remember watching a high school friend, david fine, work on his plasticene stop ani in the common art room and was well impressed with how much work goes into it. years later he won an academy award.

Der Tanz mit den Zombies!

That was lots of fun. It was a bit slow in parts (just like the original video) but the choreography was charming. Reminds me of a similar remake of Raiders of the Lost Ark. I hope these kids keep making movies. Can anybody who speaks German tell us more about the filmmakers?

Wir bitten um Entschuldigung aber die Seite hat ihr Traffic-Limit erreicht. Any mirros?

We must have monkeyed their site. I see that they've removed the main download link. Give me half an hour (I'm on a slow link), then check this mirror. Unless the upload fails. It does that. Slow and flaky link.

Oh.. sorry about the double post. The page stood for 40 minutes trying to connect when I posted the first one.

[Apparently my satlink's upload channel is being throttled; hence the mirror won't work until this evening. Sorry about that.]

No fair, 404!

We did indeed monkey them. According to their news page, we (and other waxy readers, I s'pose) smacked them for 54Gb of data transfer, all from sucking Thriller off of their site. Ouch. 404 sufferers, their new Thriller page is here. This new page only offers the WMV file through e-Donkey. I have (finally) mirrored the WMV file here. Be gentle, please. Do not forward.
