"An inspirational list of creativity and innovation resources" A compilation of creative clicks for Friday fun

This is attached to a corporate site, but the links made the post worthwhile, I thought.

  • holy crap! it said it wasn't connecting!
  • Some links are "new-agey" but still good.
  • 400! cs1, are you using Mozilla? That's the same thing that happened here. I've seen it since as well...
  • From tracicle's weblog: The blank screen after posting is something I know about and plan to fix this weekend, hopefully. Just don't press reload/refresh after posting is the current solution.
  • pb, I'm using Safari. dng, I didn't get the blank screen until the third try. the first two gave me a 60-send time out error. Ah well... so much trouble for a silly little post.
  • the first two gave me a 60-send time out error. Strange. I've never seen that before. I always have another monkeyfiletr tab ope, and refresh that after posting to make sure its worked. Also, this is a good post. Thanks.
  • I like number four in this list: If you're stuck for an idea, open a dictionary, randomly select a word and then try to formulate ideas incorporating this word... The concept is based on a simple but little known truth: freedom inhibits creativity. There are nothing like restrictions to get you thinking. Some of the others are a little daft, though. And IMO, sites like MoFi and MeFi, which expose us all to the collective intelligence of large groups of people, are the best intellectual stimulents of all. [Apart from guys in bars, obviously. They know all.]
