Walls and Gated Communities
  • So, what's your take on this?

  • The Wall of Discord Bagdad: the boy in this photo is trying to get to school. To do so he has to slip through a gap in the new wall the American army is building to isolate the district of Adhamiya, scene of terrible episodes of violence. Once finished, the barrier will be 5km long and 3.5m high: an obstacle that people will have to overcome every day to get to work or school.
