The Corpus Scriptorum Latinorum is a large archive of texts in Latin, most of which, thankfully, have translations into English and other languages. It's brought to you by the people at Forum Romanum.

  • If truth be told, Abiezer, I too lament my limited Latin. Italian helps one's chances of successful fakery a little, but not as much as one would think. Try this site for a few phrases to throw into the mix. Winnie ille pu. Priceless.
  • Hey, awesome! I'm a high school Latin victim. I only took it because creative writing class was cancelled, but I think the Latin class was more valuable anyway. You lose the grammar after a while - it's so structured. I've been meaning to pick up flash cards for vocabulary. This will help. I think the language-learning centers of my brain have been gone for a really long time. =/
