$925,000 for a 99-year lease on a log cabin? How much would a nice stone house with a sea view in Newquay (or Portmeirion - nearby?) cost me? 3 million? Sheesh.

This reminds me of when I used to make forts out of sticks and brush and whatever other debris I could find in the desert. Isolation + overactive imagination = eventual world domination
