Procrastinator's clock How irritating.
  • I like it. I always thought that setting a clock or a watch ahead of time was completely silly as you would know exactly how fast it is and treat it as such. This way, you don't really know what time it is. It adds a tremendous element of surprise to life. And life needs that. I, however, don't need it. I also don't need the calendar set ahead a day to help me out with dates. What I am doing is far more effective: I am currently living the next life that I will be reincarnated as even though I haven't even been born in that life yet. It is brilliant. I have yet to be late for anything.
  • I'll look at it later.
  • about time in the middle of you're and I'm
  • Eureka!
  • Uh, I've always kept my wristwatch 5 mins. ahead. No, I'm not a procrastinator. I can stop anytime I want...
  • shit, I'm late for work!
  • I used to set my clock ahead. It did work for me, for a while. Now I put my cell phone under my pillow, with the loudest, most obnoxious ringtone I have. When it wakes me up, it's usually migrated somewhere else, which means I have to find it to shut it off. By the time I've found it, I'm almost awake. Two more snoozes of same and I'm up. I'm not a morning person. This clock is a good idea for people like me.
  • Uh, Lara, I'm too paranoid to keep a cellphone so near my head all night... I know there are no conclusive studies, but still. For some time I kept the sound system's alarm set to a favorite radio station; one day the power failed, presets were erased so at night I set the time but no station. Alarm blared the sweet white noise of an unclaimed frequency. Now, that really woke me up; kept it like that for a while.
  • Yeah, well I already have five eyes, so what's it gonna do to me, really?
  • Rock out with your clock out
  • Cool clock Ralphie!
  • I love the heartbeat, but the music's annoying after a bit.
