Bactrian gold.
Feared lost when the Taliban took over Afghanistan, the 21,000 pieces were discovered safe inside a vault of the Afghanistan bank protected by a key fragment purposefully broken off in the lock. A sample of the collection is currently on display in Paris.

You fucking liberals we're all like "no don't invade Afghanistan, they're our Godless commie gay husbands, waah waah waah". But we invaded them with our MAXIMUM JUSTICE-FORCE TEAM OF HEROES and liberated their gold for our Museums - and now you're all "AAR I wants to see the booty too". You people are the worst pirates ever, and if I was our dear leader Captain Bushbeard I'd throw you all off the good ship AmericAAAR once and for all.

Amazing that such a trove could remain intact in such a lawless place. That's some sweet Bactrian bling.
