Hadn't thought about Polaroid cameras in a long time, and was surprised to find that their instant cameras are still being sold.

They are still hugely popular here in Japan with all types still available - and in fact with new designs. The negative of course is that they are usually bulky and folm can be a bit pricey.

Ghastly as in badly framed, with that trademark 'center flash' look... or faded and muted? I found some ancient ones I had stashed in a shoebox a few weeks ago and they look, if not perfect, quite acceptable. Image-quality wise, that is. Gosh.

As in mouth open, red-eye, hilarious hair, and crazy-wacked out of style clothes I have a few of my dear in the headlights--scary, he was.
