Curious George: Web Storage & Wireless devices:
I've a plethora of wireless goodies and am tired of needing multiple storage cards. Are there web storage solutions that interface well with camera phones, wireless-enabled PDAs and the like?
I'd like to be able to browse to said service from my phone/PDA, etc., then click and drag documents, files, mp3s to an account. It would be further awesome, but not required, to be able to arrange and password protect various directories at will. Any suggestions? I know there are plenty of enterprise offerings and services that work well with PCs, but I'm not finding enough info on wireless devices. Thanks for the help.

IgnorantSlut - One of the limitations of wireless phones, PDAs, and the like are the inability to support some of the newer standards being used on the web. An example of this is the Danger Hiptop, aka Sidekick. Has instant messaging via AIM, can send/receive email from up to 3 POP3 accounts, and can surf the intarweb. Hella cool device. I've often thought about getting one. But one of the big problems is that it cannot support Java or Javascript. Big problem if you're surfing the web sans active scripting. Do you have an example of said pc-based service, to see if a comparable PDA/phone solution cna be found/hacked? I almost called you Jane. Sorry about that.

There's Xdrive, Streamload and various other permutations. I have seen similar offerings from Yahoo specifically for photos, but that seems limited. I'd of answered, but I answer to damn near anything short of 'hey, stupid' these days.

I found a service called MyDocsOnline -- for $35 per year, you can get 50MB of online storage. From the looks of things, you can access the service with PocketPC, Palm, Blackberrys, and any internet-ready phone. The service does have an upfront authentication, and allows you to have a directory structure. Were you looking for something like this?
