Operation Iraqi Freedom Documents
were released to the public last week. Titles such as "A Report on a Cartoon Character Called "Pokemon" and "Propaganda By Iraq TV including dancing and singing with Iraq national songs, praising Saddam Hussein's achievements for Iraq and shouting dreadful words against the United States" should prove interesting for a dull Friday afternoon.
Also see documents from the Harmony Database. Downloads are awfully slow... It has been months since I've posted anything, so I thought this was a good jump back into the throngs of things. Apologies if it has already been posted, I've been so busy with the new baby that I have no time to keep up-to-date with MoFi (though still in my heart).

Hi sugarmilktea!!
-
Well hello there you! *bats eyelashes*
-
Hi smt! Good to see ye! Hope the baby's doing well! And thanks for this, good reading for the weekend.
-
Crap. I suck at reading Arabic...
-
Good to see ye back, sugarmilktea! Not going to wade through all these pdf documents, though, weekend or no weekend.
-
Yeah, I was a bit dissapointed myself after waiting several minutes for a doc to download - - only to discover it was in Arabic. But there are some other intersting goodies to be found (e.g., video, photos). Good to see you as well bees! Now, where is that fine beetroot butty-eating chap to be found these days?
-
Sorry, didn't mean to leave you out mothninja!! Good to see you too!
-
The administration seeded its new public archive of Iraq documents with jihadist materials completely unrelated to Saddam. Wow, that's surprising.
-
Completely. Also interesting to note that from a historical perspective, declassification of similarly-obtained documents typically took *much* longer than this "rushed job"
-
U.S. yanks Web site with reported nuclear secrets The top U.S. intelligence official took down a government Web site [Operation Iraqi Freedom Document Portal] with captured Saddam Hussein-era Iraqi documents after questions were raised whether it provided too much information about making atomic bombs. Damn, and I was just poking around there last week!
-
*realizes that none of my other FPPs have been ixnay'd by the the Director of National Intelligence* *shakes booty*
-
Why do you hate our troops?
-
Now, now... what does this have to do with the Mounties? *tosses a jerky chew at Ralph*
-
Manties? Wait, what?
-
An Army of Davids Unbelievable.
-
Rice and Bartlett are now spinning this as proof that Saddam had an active nuclear program, even though the docs refer to the pre-1991 program.
-
If this doesn’t scare the Hell out of you
