Oh, pay special attention to the Dada Sprees. Sneakers with spinners.
*sob*
All you haters are going to be sooo jealous of me and the mad beats on my feets.
What is the average life span of a shoe? Ehrm, of a MP3 player, I mean?
A year?
I refused to believe it was a joke until the 'user friendly applications like microsoft windows'. Ha!
Please please please let's warn users when their window is about to be resized! I hate it hate it! Trace, can we make this a posting guideline?
Yeah, I also hate it when a window resizes itself, but, at least in Firefox, a few changes to the default settings can make such annoyances go away forever.
Type about:config in the location bar (where you'd normally enter the web site address) and set the following to true:
dom.disable_window_move_resizedom.disable_window_open_feature.resizable
Some of the other dom.disable_... options are also useful, by the way.
I hate window-resizing, too. And the shoes are for people with too much money and not enough sense. They should sell well.
You fucking miserable fucking fuckers don't DESERVE shoes.
I hope it rains today and you get wet socks, catch cold and DIE.
I tried the website in Firefox, Opera, and IE. None of them resized. What the hell browser are you guys using? Must be an Apple thing.
Nope. Did it on mine, FF on WinXP,
Ahem! I'm using Firefox on Ubuntu Breezy Badger. But now I have disabled all scripts.
Apple safari here...no resizing.
Nnnnneeeeerrrrrrrds!
Not that there's anything wrong with that.
I wonder what those style fascists over at www.coolhunting.com make of these?
I think we've all learned a valuable lesson here.
The lesson, of course, is that you're all stupid.
I win the Internet.
*bows*
No, I think what we've learned here is that MCT hasn't yet discovered Google (or how to use Whois). It's real (unfortunately).
Why do some websites resize the browswer window anyway? What's the reason, if any? This site resized mine but so minutely, there did not seem to be a point to it.
Because they are lazy designers, the site only looks right at a certain size, so they force the browser to resize, rather than make their site resize gracefully. It's one step up from "this site looks best at 1024x748". It's ironic that the sites most likely to have poor design are 'design heavy' sites like architects, interiors, fashion etc. And fucking annoying to boot.
I'll admit I didn't Google or Whois, but this is such a colossally stupid idea that, given the release date, my bet is still that this is April Fool's in the making.
there are 21 days left.
who will win the internet?

That's what I love of tabbed browsing. Using Netscape (on MacOS9) and Safari (on OSX), no rogue page starts dancing and stretching around, they all behave and stay in their tab, in the back, waiting for me to deign them with my attention.
And I fully expect those shoes to be on every street soon. Completely.
This may be evidence for my theory that we're back in the 70's.
Finally I can use the word krunk to accurately describe something!...........Man...I hope krunk means the most worthless piece of crap EVER.
