To end the poverty of those with decent computer access?

I tried to vote on a story and they said I was banned (I guess due to a proxy server). So, poverty continues, and it's all my fault.

In order to vote in any fair and rational way, ye'd have to read all the submissions. Or at least part of all the submissions. Time-consuming. Bees, if I don't write a story, and you don't have to read it, will you vote for me? I think they should limit it to a single sentence: "If you wanted a little affair with a lisping midget for some excitement, I can live with that." I'd vote for it.
