If you like the space exploration this link is for you.
One of the Mars rovers finally reached a site of great interest on the Red Planet. Little is known about the area designated home plate in the Gusev crater. The site is of such impressive beauty and mystery several NASA geeks were quoted as saying "WOW" or even "HOLY TOLEDO"

Holy Toledo!

Hey, no problem, space.com. Anytime.
-
Just tack an html on the end there. Like this. I suspect other things were deemed holy besides toledo... Oh and... WOW! And... my mother says "You should tell them it looks like tire tracks - that bit in the lower left". But I'm not gonna.

Try cutting and pasting this link. This one is through Yahoo news but it contains the same info. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20060213/ap_on_sc/mars_rovers

I sure would like to know what those tire tracks are. Did somebody else's lander get to home plate first? (And is that what the kids are calling it these days)?
-
So, Martians invented the wheel? They're much more clever than I had credited them... I need more time.

There are plenty of natural processes that make formations that look "unnatural" -- consider the giant's causeway in Ireland, Kilt Rock on the Isle of Skye, the Devil's whatsitcalled in Wyoming that Richard Dreyfus made a replica of with mashed potatoes. I think it a bit early to talk about track and other unnatural processes, but the rock looks pretty darn cool.

There are plenty of natural processes that make formations that look "unnatural" And yes, I'm ashamed to have posted that.

That rover is going to need infrared cameras if it has any hope at all of filming the Jawas.
-
Ugh -- I hate space.com... it's so infested with ads and Flash that stuff still gets through on Firefox/Adblock.
-
Utini!
-
That was quite a car crash.

grumble mumble mumble jedimindtrick

It's clearly the foundation of a crumbling martian building. However, I'm sure that the ruling council of the Illuminati will censor it and the moonbats will all say it is just volcanic rocks or something. Why do they hate America?
-
BAD DOG! Ralph, you're liable to go straight to hell if you don't watch yourself!
-
But when will it reach Home Slice?
