Justly Married One photographer's work during the gay marriages in San Francisco. Can you tell me, Who are we to deny anyone's happiness? via boingboing
  • But, denying happiness is the American Way!
  • excellent find boo.
  • I second that.
  • aw (great minds?)
  • excellent find, amberglow!
  • it does deserve its own thread : >
  • Aw, for sure! Happiness to share.
  • not just great minds, amberglow... Sexy monkey minds.
  • Married... with Monkeys! (this brings happy tears to my eyes...) Best wishes to the happy couple, cheers to the photographer for documenting this, and thank you to Mayor Gavin Newsom for standing up for civil rights for all Americans.
  • All you need is love, bum ban-an-an-ah! (truly sweet find, the snapshot of these gents captures my sentiments exactly, thanks boo)
  • Wow, I'm a total wuss. Those photographs make me feel a little lump in the back of my throat. It's probably been said elsehwere, but replace "gay" in this argument with any other minority group (mexican, sikh, handicaped) and the absurdity of objections are obvious.
  • I hate for my first comment [me-fi lurker] to be one where I'm a cry-baby, but damn -- this is about the sweetest thing! Taking a cue from a me-fi post, think I'm gonna send some random flowers to a lovely SF couple tomorrow (along with a donation to DontAmend.com). Thanks for the great link!
  • Gay marriage approved by the king of Cambodia.
  • Let anyone who loves one another another get hitched. But a word to the wise, it ain't all it's cracked up to be... I live in West Hollywood and most gay men you see here are perfectly groomed, well dressed and driving a new imported sports car. I admit, I'm jealous. I wanna see the same guys ten years later, married with spit-up and Cheerios on their upholstery and stuck in a loveless marriage. I'm just waiting for gay divorce.
  • Lovely. Just beautiful. Thank you for the link.
