The Chappelle Theory My nomination for best conspiracy theory of the year. And I've never even seen Dave's show. Hmmm, maybe time to fire up that BT client.

  • I read this a few days ago and, even though it's a pretty bizarre theory, it's pretty interesting!

  • I figured it was a hoax/joke/whatever from the get-go but when I saw that *Whoopi Goldberg* was part of this "powerful" African-American cabal, I knew for sure. No diss to Goldie but I certainly don't consider her a current Hollywood powerplayer these days!

  • Cosby gets the treatment too. And yes....I found the last Cosby TV effort to be akin to chewing ground glass. A shame, since he was so entertaining in his earlier TV appearances. Goddamn 80's.

  • So yeah, its a fairly obvious hoax/marketing ploy. But then what's with the "movie?" Is it a double hoax- the site pretends to be a viral marketing ploy for the film, but the film is fake too? And yes, Bill Cosby's attitudes towards young blacks in recent years make him a prime candidate for KKK membership.
