For me, a question is "Who is behind this totally rad site?" I have my theory... there's no direct evidence, but by looking for Dio's campaign manager, or clicking on the "Support the DIO campaign by buying Dr. Dio's Albums," one could reasonably deduce that they have some connection with that other, currently-offline website...

  • When I think of how Gore lost votes in 2000 because of an independent candidate, it always brings me down. Nader voters, you've been left on your own. I cry out for magic, but there's no sign of a change from this two-party system.
  • I could have sworn this was posted here already, but no, it was only at that other site. (that's finally back up now) Anyhow, I saw Dio opening for Deep Purple and the Scorpions a year and half ago. I hadn't heard of him at the time, mind you, but now I get excited every time I hear "Holy Diver" come on the radio. Would I vote for him? Anybody But Bush!
  • To my knowledge, none of the other candidates have fronted Black Sabbath. Dio is clearly the man for the job.
