I am a 9-1-1 dispatcher. (I am not only the one who says, "9-1-1, what is your emergency?" on the phone, but am also the one on the radio who says stuff like, "Adam Boy Charles one two three is 29 clear on a 1998 Ford Mustang current to John Smith out of Portland.")
