All music, all free!
In Honour of Monkey Music Monday Madness, I should like to point out that the Internet Archive have dedicated some of their not-insignificant resources to collecting and maintaining a hub for netlabels of all sizes.
What's a Netlabel? you ask... Well, it includes labels based on p2p communities like SoulSeek Records, purely online-based releases, real-world labels committed to freedom for their music, and the online archives of deleted material from real-world labels, too! (hope this isn't a double.. i did search)
