  • Cooper’s success makes for a fine lesson. To see heaven in the pursuit of science is necessary for enjoying it. Else we doom our monsters like Dr. Frankenstein did (another trope from the article).
  • "painters sometimes represent the nipples as being pointed forwards, and place them as their imagination leads them to conceive them to be, and not as they really are." Isn't that what all these push up bras do as well? Even women think they should point north.
