MIT Sketching: I don't know how useful this really is, but it sure is neat. (YouTube)
  • That's simply lovely. I guess that it's going to feed into the next generation of CAD applications.
  • Incidentally, you don't get the awesome "make my sketch move" software with this, but you can roll your own interactive whiteboard with a simple LED rig and a Wiimote. That's not even his most awesome accomplishment with the Wiimote -- look at his projects page here. The head tracking one will blow your mind.
  • Yes, those wiimote projects are sweet.
  • Very cool! Although my office experience leads me to believe it will be mere SECONDS before someone picks up the wrong marker, and ruins the whole thing.
  • That was awesome.
  • I have an R4 DS coming in the mail; as soon as it gets here, I'm going to use it to try this out, which is supposed to be similar.
  • oooooooooooooh! Want!
  • Very cool!- for the first time I find myself lusting for a Wii. I'll have to wait until they actually start selling at list price though.
  • You can just buy a Wiimote, if you want, and download the software from his website.
  • A follow-up for my last comment: R4 DS arrived today, Pocket Physics is full of awesome.
