This is my cookie jar . What does yours look like? Is it full of cookies?

Mine's empty :( So, show me your jars, full or empty, you crumb-lovin' Monkeys!!

  • I have no cookie jar. I do, however, have a cooling rack. I am told that a cookie jar is where the cookies go once they reach room temperature on the cooling rack. As this has never happened, I have not found the need to own a cookie jar.
  • Mine is full of space cookies.
  • I too have no cookie jar.
  • Me either. Cookies and muffins only leave the cooling rack to go into someone's mouth, or, very rarely, into a lunchbox.
  • We use a tin that used to contain Danish butter cookies. Sorta like this: It's empty but recently contained some oatmeal raisin cookies. Danish butter cookies are dangerously compelling.
  • I rarely make cookies anymore, and when I do they're usually for an event and go on a tray or in a box. Storebought cookies just stay in the package. But if I ever invest in a cookie jar, it will be this one.
  • I'm still looking for one with an upside-down "WOW".
  • Am missing the cookie-jar-ness of that link, TUM.
  • Er, yes. I use a rolled-up copy of Entertainment Weekly as a cookie jar. You wanna make somethin' of it? Actual cookie jar link.
  • Mmmmm, maybe Entertainment Weekly would keep cookies fresher? Interesting, the lack of self-control that precludes you filling the cookie jar. Mine stays full of cookies at least 1 hour 1/2 hour 15 minutes.
  • I've been having that old holiday baking urge. Unfortunately, I have too much to do. :(
