Baywatch gone awry. Pamela Anderson is famous for playing a lifeguard on television, but, at the site of a recent family ceremony, her bodyguards forcibly dunked an attendee in the ocean Wha..? Okay. He wasn't an invited attendee. It was Borat. And okay. He had just emerged from the ocean in leather pants and cap, atop an inflatable turtle, and tackled her. But still!
  • You glossed over the main story. Her dogs were getting married. That was the family ceremony. A dog wedding, between a retreiver and a chihuahua.
  • Sadly, the leather pants link does not function, though it was appreciated. Was Ali G perhaps visiting last weekend for the Harrison Street Fair?
  • bummer... it still works for me but it must be cached locally here by now. It's an animated gif flipping between the front and rear view of some leathern chaps worn by one extremely attractive gentleman. I guess not the most representative thing, anyway, considering these... shots of the incident:1 2 3 4
  • Those pictures may be the best thing I've seen all week. Especially this one. Of course I had to see if I could find another article covering this breaking news...and here you are. Mr. Knickerbocker may be interested to learn that the chihuahua is the groom, and the golden retriever is the bride. I'll just wait over here while the implications of that match sink slowly into your consciousness.
  • I hate SBC. Unfunny in all his guises.
  • /agrees with the tentacled one.
  • Cali, that's good. because if it was reverse, then the honeymoon would consist of a big dog walking around carrying a tiny dog on stick. It'd be like a dog with a dog puppet underneath.
  • dog wedding? would the flying spaghetti monster approve?
  • Yes!!!
  • So the chihuahua says, "You callin' my fiancee a dog?!" I don't know, man, this whole story seems like proof of the Evil Gay Agenda.
  • Heheheh
  • So much ridiculousness all at once! I think my head just exploded.
  • I kiss you! SBC is a hit-and-miss deal for me. Thought country music (Windows Media) was brilliant, as was his commencement speech (at Harvard, no less).
  • I have no opintion about SBC, but Pamela Anderson made me want to vomit before I learned she got her dogs married. Now I want to kill her with my vomit. Not sure how that will be accomplished, but I'll think of something.
  • ...after rugby-tackling the actress at her dogs' wedding. That phrase just knocked Calculus out of my brain.
  • Perhaps your Calculus knowledge will go join my Calculus knowledge in some seedy bar where it left me many years ago.
  • I really hate the Borat character, and find that type of humor generally unfunny. Especially the Throw-the-Jew-Down-the-Well bit (ha, ha, look at the stupid rednecks). But I must say that the pictures were quite a sight to behold. I almost thought this one was photoshopped until I saw the rest.
  • Sascha has his moments, but not many. Borat is his only consistantly funny character. I am glad to hear he crashed this stupid Hollywood bitch's dumb-ass "ceremony". BTW, thank God for the Sanctity of Marriage.
  • Huh huh.. he said "tittie"
  • it's stinky.
  • Call me olde fashioned, but I prefer my celebrity dog-marriage-goes-awry wackiness just the teensiest bit more wacky than this.
  • like with the Benny Hill music going?
  • Have you ever been in any situation where Benny Hill music wouldn't make it better?
  • You just gave me a great idea for my funeral.
  • ...after rugby-tackling the actress at her dogs' wedding. That phrase just knocked Calculus out of my brain. So Tommy Lee breaks her fingernail, and he goes to jail, suffers permenant reputation damage, and has to be on a reality show-- but this douche tackles her and its funny?
  • Tommy Lee broke her fingernail? I don't read the news enough.
  • Tommy Lee got a sex change operation?
  • Sorry.
  • depends on who you believe. According to some reports that was the extent of his "abuse" of her. At any rate, this guy is a douche.
  • I just got home from seeing the movie "Borat." I thought it was okay. I knew nothing of him, and I left the movie wondering if the segment involving Pamela Anderson was staged or not. So I googled "Pamela Anderson Borat." The number three hit on google was this link. That is amazing. And this thread probably answered my question better than any other link could have. It most certainly was not staged.
  • Borat on Conan O'Brien. Two parts.
  • Have you ever been in any situation where Benny Hill music wouldn't make it better? posted by Fes at 07:12PM UTC on August 24, 2005 Fes, this is why you must come back! I can't help it, but I find the Borat character annoying on about the same level as Spuds McKenzie.
  • You're just frightened because it's pubis harvesting season.
