A Warrior's Programming Language C++ not geeky enough? Try programming in Klingon!
from the language overview:
var'aq is a stack-based, RPN programming language with points of similarity to Lisp, Forth, and PostScript. It is more of a functional language than an imperative (Algol-like) language; most operations are dependent on the stack and bypass the local variable store altogether.a functional language! sorry, that's just wrong.
Okay, when he produces an EBNF for it, I'll be inclined to read a bit more. Otherwise, it hasn't left the conceptual stage, and appears like ... well ... vomit.
Although, I -would- expect Star Trek geeks to build a pain-in-the-ass language and base it on Lisp and Forth (the of the most pain-in-the-ass languages I've ever been stuck coding).
Pfft. Real Klingons code fucking assembly, baby, none of this HLL sheeeyit.
It is a good day code
