I had a little bit of a look around the site - at least it isn't filled with banner ads etc. I guess there's some useful info in there. But I somehow think the post will ultimately be deleted. You may have to do a bit of pleading to save your membership - I don't know.
You should always disclose your relationship to a website that gets posted on the front page - but even if you do, you shouldn't post sites on the front page that are connected to you. So it goes.

Why should we pity someone who specifically and intentionally ignored the rules right before their face?
