Mayan Ruins A well laid out photographic atlas of Mayan ruins in the Yucatan peninsula.

Where's Chichén Itzá? Or are they some sort of eco-archaeological hipsters that consider it too "played out" or something.

Nice site otherwise, just wondering why they have nothing on what might be the biggest and most famous Mayan ruins.

I don't know why, but I love mayan ruins as ruins, all covered by the jungle and stuff. I don't know I would like them the same if I had the opportunity to visit them on the peak of their civilization. Although it would be cool to make that time-trip anyway.
