The House of Cosbys

is the funniest new thing on channel 101...if you haven't been there before check the whole site out, there's some pretty durn funny stuff. my favorite is Ringwald and Molly (the halloween episode where they flip off the baby jesus is teh priceless) They do this every month out here in L.A. at a place called cinespace where they put out all the new shows once a month and people vote on what stays and what gets "cancelled"...gotta make it to the next one...maybe I'll dress up as BC-D2...

  • Evil Cosby is cool! And I liked the lesson Minister Cosby gave the suicidal Cosby: "If you kill yourself, who'll take the garbage out?" Words to live by.

  • You see, Theo, I would have liked to see a Pudding Pop Cosby. And remember, I'm your father.
  • Channel 101 is hillarious - who doesn't love Jack Black slumming in Computerman? Gotta love timebelt, too. I'm surprised but happy to see The 'Bu still going strong, though. If you have a ton of time and broadband, going through the cancelled shows is a good weekend of entertainment. I just wish I could zip down to LA and watch the shows "live".
  • I went to Channel 101 this Monday for the first time. I dont want to rain on anyone's parade- I'll just say the highlight was during "the 'Bu" when they showed a guy's penis on screen and he yelled out, "that's my dick!" to great laughs and applause from the rest of the audience.
  • But I don't want to be exposed to... oh, hell. Have they resorted to fully-exposed genitalia for laughs now? I have to say that I'm really disappointed at this news.
  • It wasn't so much the showing of the penis, as the way everyone ate it up (no pun intended). I considering entering before I went, and realized how insular it was- just people laughing at/voting for their friends. Reminds me of a rich-kid party when the folks are out of town. The best one of the night by far was Dick Richards PI, which they had rejected but showed anyway! Not a great story but the animation tchinique is incredible- I could see the maker getting a deal for a feature with that as a sample, like the maker of "Sky Captain" did.
  • This brilliant show is now back up at 101.
