Real men are Brawny men
-- Brawny has a homo-erotic ad campaign that is as creepy as it is brilliant. I especially enjoyed the "Innocent Escapes" which are best described by friend:
“Don’t you feel like he is going to turn on you at any moment and kill you and keep your corpse in a shrine in the woods?”
I'm going to go buy some paper towels now.
I see the creepy, I see the brilliant (in a funny sense). Which one is homo-erotic? The one with the shirtless husband has him shrunk to pet/kid size and he seems to be fighting the Brawny babe before being consoled with frosting, but maybe I missed something.
Thanks for the fun links.
Yeah. I think you did. There's the whole frosting as cum metaphor for starters. And the new Brawny man has a lot in common to the gay boyfriend aura.
Can someone enlighten me as to what the gay boyfriend aura is? Don't tell me it's a rainbow.
Life imitates Simpsons! ("Oh, Burly..")
Am I seeing things, or does Brawny have a brawny package?
Gracias, Kimberly - it was fun to watch that again.
There's a very good reason why I can't be more like Brawny Man but my agent has made me sign a secrecy clause.
Those are great. Love to know how successful they are though. Reminds me of the type of thing that doesn't play well in the 'Burbs and Farms.
Those are delightfully creepy. I feel so calm inside now. I'm having these strange feelings I've never had before...
Anthony Head was/is sexier.
jb, did you know that Anthony Head has a daughter named.... Daisy May?
*ominous music*
Those ads are really effective. Right after watching them I wanted to go right to the store and have gay sex with the Brawny Man.

*choke* bhahahahaha!

In spring the quince and the
Pomegranite bloom in the
Sacred Park of the Maidens,
And the vine tendril curls in
The shade of the downy vine leaf.
But for me Love never sleeps.
He scorches me like a blaze
Of lightning and he shakes me
To the roots like a storm out of
Thrace, and he overwhelms my heart
With black frenzy and seasickness.
