Biologists come close to cloning primates. We will create a grand army of the Monkey Republic to counter the increasing threat from the Humans.
  • Republic? I thought this was a monarchy with that Monkey King guy as head o' state. But seriously though I don't think humans pose any kind of long-term threat. That's just fear-monkey-ering.
  • Heh, heh, don't forget this storage facility with the barrels of toxic banana peels I've been saving. Plot, of COURSE there is no plot.
  • army Never! The Spirit of Monkey is irrepressable! Besides, monkeys are born contrarians. We don't form armies, we fling poo as individuals, as the fancy seizes us! Whenever there's a worthy target! Heh. Ready, fire, aim! (Although dog-piling happens, 'tis of brief duration.)
  • In the world before Monkey, primal chaos reigned. Heaven sought order, but the phoenix can fly only when it's feathers are grown.
  • Aristotle refered to Monkey as the Prime Flinger.
