Robert Foster and Hellion have lived together for 25 years. Foster is a quadriplegic and Hellion is a capuchin monkey from the Helping Hands program, which trains monkeys to assist the disabled.

Man, if I were choosing a helper monkey, one "Hellion" would be the last on my list. It'd be like a seeing eye dog named Cujo.

Well, at least you know the dog wouldn't let anyone come and pet it.
Pretty amazing that the police in Maryland have NOTHING to do but harass a woman about owning a monkey.
