well I liked it. Now: the conspiracy theory that the Tri-Lateral Masonminati caused the hurricanes to spread fear throughout Florida, causing reptilian brains to vote for Bush in a key battleground state.

I can't speak for God, but I believe that hurricanes are part of the natural system that is designed to circulate heat more evenly on the planet. A hurricane exists for one purpose, to dissipate heat from the equatatorial/tropical regions toward the poles. This system has been doing it's job for untold millenia - predating the settlement of the land now known as Florida, the establishment of the United States, or this newfangled thing called Presidential Elections.
