  • Awesome. Somehow mercedes should make this into a commercial, or a contest, or something. Best toaster-pose wins a mercedes - you know, give 'em something better to pose with.

  • Flagpole: Back around '90 or so, I was working a booth at the N.A.B. show in Vegas for a company I worked for at the time. On my breaks I'd wander the trade show floor and one day happened upon the Video Toaster display. "Neat toy", I thought, and, noticing that a demo was sheduled to start in a few minutes, hung around to watch. Then SHE appeared. The sexiest woman I'd ever seen. Kiki Stockhammer. I couldn't take my eyes off her. When the violin music in my head subsided, I could hear her extolling the virtues of the toaster. And man, could she talk tech! This was no trade show bimbo, she was actually part of the Video Toaster design team. I was in love. The real thing. I went back every day and sat through that demo a half-dozen times at least. I've always remembered Kiki, and now you've found her for me. Singing in a cheesy sci-fi rock band. Thank you Flagpole! Thank you! Kiki...I'm coming baby. I wont let you get away this time.
