Pong World Champioship
Belfast is the venue for the 3rd annual Pong championship. The event is being run as part of the city's film festival(!). The prize: A genuine 1970s Pong cabinet. (Me want!)

How fun! Younger people may not realize how revolutionary pong was when it came out--we had one (in 75? 76?) and were enthralled--looking back, it was ridiculously primitive, but we thought we were finally getting to the future. : >
