Intellectual Property to become picky. If you buy a product, or have it shipped to you from overseas, can you resell it in the US? The Supreme Court will hear the case October 29. Big importers have a big stake. But it could even affect little guys who want to resell their own camera, for example, purchased on a family trip...
The current Administration supports the measure, and is arguing the case before the high bench. These guys offer a way to promote against it, though the time seems too short.
