Trying to find Skip's Liquor in North Shore, CA on Google Maps was futile (the Banana Museum needs an internet presence; get into the 21st Century!) but I did notice that Route 111 going around the north/east side of the Salton Sea is also known as Grapefruit Blvd. They are definitely going to have to change that! (That's why you never hear about the Grapefruit Museum)
