It's hard to know the veracity of these collected clips. Clearly the "Soda Pop Board Of America" one is a joke...

I don't think the soda pop board one is fake--I think it's just one of those vintage ads that seem bizarre to us in retrospect, like the cigarette ads that quote doctors espousing the throat-related benefits of their brand.
