I have mixed feelings about a remake of "The Prisoner". The original series was so crammed with awesome that no remake could possibly compare. But, then again, Ian McKellen. So I dunno.
Yes, the Brits should keep their unique flavor, for sure. But can that lovable former Gandalf Ian McKellen really play an evil genius? Can't wait to see how it's done!
